Design & Artwork
All artwork is reviewed before production. If we notice any issues or adjustments needed, we
will contact you before moving forward.
It is the customer’s responsibility to approve the final artwork. Once approved, we are not
responsible for errors in the design.

Production
Production times may vary depending on the product and order size.

Production begins only after:
• Artwork has been approved
• Full payment has been received

Shipping
Shipping timelines are calculated after production is completed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Issues
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as defects or production errors), please
contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve it.
